To Gabriele We had the opportunity to work with Gabriele to create our new home. We wanted a house design that would enable us to age in place while accommodating our current needs of having adult children as well as an elderly parent live with us. In short, the design needed to meet current needs as well as meet future needs. It was a big task and Gabriele and his design came through for us! There were a lot of constraints that we knew about (narrow lot, shared driveway, proximity of neighbouring houses, mature trees near the building site, aging in place requirements) and Gabriele guided us through the process. Gabriele has an extraordinary approach to design, understood my vision and was very attentive and respectful to my request. With a difficult lot to manage, different elevations and complications he managed to max out the SQFT with the best design, while representing me at the CoA all the way to getting the Building Permit, we went back and forth many, many times over a year and never once did he make me feel that I am wasting his time. The end design was beautiful, and it exceeded my expectations … highly recommended !!
